Pre-Kinders

Pre-Kinders program is designed to prepare children ages three through five for kindergarten by increasing math, reading, and social skills through instruction, role play, story time, recreation and hands-on activities. Our program utilizes the Fundations® Pre-K Activity Set.  The skills taught in this curriculum, align with those that the Report of the National Early Literacy Panel (2008) identified as "strong and consistent predictors for the later development of literacy skills". Our goal is to build a strong foundation for our Pre-Kinders' long term academic success. This is offered as a FREE service to BHA residents.
