Leasing freeze due to remodeling of all apartments

Effective February 8, 2021:

Our waitlist is frozen for leasing new units due to upcoming remodeling of all apartments. We will inform all applicants when this leasing freeze has been lifted. This means no vacant units will be rented until after rehabilitation has been completed.

Your place on the waitlist will be the same until we begin leasing units again in 2022.
