Stop the Spread of Germs

You have heard from the media over the last few weeks updates on the spread of the coronavirus. Here is what BHA is doing to keep delivering service to our residents.

Our first priority is to protect our residents, staff and their families. We are closely monitoring daily developments and have a plan to ensure we can continue providing critical housing services.

We know how much you depend on us, and you are welcome to visit our offices to conduct your business, especially during recertification.
For now, we will continue with normal operations and ask that you help us keep our offices a safe place to do business.

•Please call to reschedule your recert appointment if you have cold or flu symptoms. This is a good general practice during any cold and flu season.

•Wash your hands (for 20 seconds) frequently or use hand sanitizer while out running errands.

•Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze, and avoid close contact with people who are sick.

•Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

•If you are sick, avoid going out except to seek medical care.

Our response plan starts with monitoring this virus and progresses to more serious measures we can consider if this situation escalates, such as modifying office schedules.
