Spencer Brown Thomas Homes Residents Enjoy a Q&A session
Community partners Jeremiah McCaffity, a licensed Independent Insurance Agent, Jennifer Felts, Community Outreach Specialist with Devoted Health Plans, and Diamond Ponder, Community Engagement Specialist with Centerwell, visited the community to host a question-and-answer session on various health plan and care changes. They addressed residents' concerns, provided helpful information about coverage and plan options, and made sure everyone understood upcoming updates in a clear and supportive way.
At the conclusion of the presentation, they shared Thanksgiving-themed goodie bags with the residents, including traditional holiday favorites such as turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, green beans, and pumpkin pie. These thoughtful treats helped bring the spirit of the season to the community, and the residents greatly enjoyed both the educational session and the festive goodies. The group expressed enthusiasm about returning in December, and the residents are already looking forward to their next visit.
