Housing Manager - (Full Time - Onsite)

The Burlington Housing Authority is seeking a high-performing Housing Manager to lead multifamily housing operations and make a measurable impact on our communities. We're looking for a self-starter who sees challenges, acts decisively, and follows through.

What You'll Do:

  • Take full ownership of property performance, including occupancy, financial outcomes, and compliance
  • Drive occupancy rates and reduce vacancies-understanding the direct link to revenue and agency success
  • Ensure full compliance with HUD multifamily and regulatory standards
  • Navigate complex resident issues, enforce lease compliance, and manage legal processes when necessary
  • Analyze data, manage budgets, and deliver clear, actionable reports

Salary Range: $45,427 to $64,200
